We don’t leave your critical hire to chance

– 1 – Get to know each other

We want to learn about your organization, culture, projects, short and long-term objectives, team structure, recruitment process, and needs.

-2 – Qualify open positions

We go through selection criteria, responsibilities, reporting line, compensation package, etc, to define the pool of candidates to approach.

– 3 – Start headhunting

We build Oto1 documents to promote your company, projects, and positions to the candidates and start headhunting.

– 4 – Frequent updates

We provide search progress updates, market intelligence, and feedback from the candidates. When required, we recalibrate the search with you.

– 5 – Interviews

We interview candidates to understand who they are and their motivation,what they are looking for, and why they are interested in joining you.

– 6 – Application

When sending their application,we include a brief
and our assessment of their strengths and weaknesses to help you decide if starting the recruitment process or not.

– 7 – Recruitment

We assist you during the whole recruitment process, coordinating interviews and testing organization.

– 8 – Checks-ins

We regularly liaise with you and the candidate to provide you with post-interview feedback, the candidate’s own timeline, and ensure a smooth negotiation at the offer stage.

– 9 – Follow-up

We do a 3 and 6 months check with a candidate to make sure they get settled in a new place and have everything they need.
