We are a recruitment agency that helps candidates and employers to find each other’s. Our goal is to
help our candidates to make their next career move by identifying expectations and matching
opportunities, then representing them in the best possible light to employers and assisting them
through the whole recruitment process.
This Policy is in accordance with GDPR (Regulation (EU) 2016/679). It sets out the basis on which any
personal data we collect from you, or that you provide to us, will be processed by us. Please read the
following carefully to understand our philosophy and practices regarding your personal information
and how we will treat it.
We may change this Policy from time to time so please check this page occasionally to ensure you’re
happy with any changes. By using our recruitment service, you’re agreeing to being bound by this

As part of any recruitment process, we collect and process personal information related to
candidates. We are committed to being transparent about how we collect and use that information
and to meeting our data protection obligations.

Information you give to us or we collect about you


The information you give to us or we collect about you may include your name, address, private and
corporate e-mail address and phone number, salary information, documentation confirming your
right to work in a specific country, curriculum vitae and photograph, links to your profiles available in
the public domain e.g. LinkedIn, ArtStation.
We may collect this information in a variety of ways. For example, your information might be
contained in application forms, CVs, Portfolios, LinkedIn, or collected through interviews or other
forms of assessment.
After our first contact, we may keep your personal information on file in case there are future
employment opportunities for which you may be suited. As we prefer to work on the long term
rather than for a specific opportunity, we keep your information for this purpose and you are free to
withdraw your consent at any time.

Lawful basis


We are relying on Legitimate Interests as a lawful basis to process personal information during the
recruitment process and for keeping records of the process. Processing your information allows us to
propose opportunities matching your background and experience, assess and confirm your interest
and ability to apply to a position, send your applications to employers and assist you through the
recruitment process.

How will we be using your information?


We may use your information to provide you with information on job opportunities matching your
background and experience; check about your current job satisfaction; or send your application for a
job at one of our partners however only if you have provided your express consent or interest in
applying to a role at this specific employer.
If you agree to work with us to represent you for job opportunities and allow us to keep your
personal data on file, we will hold it for as long as we work with you to represent you to employers
and to share with you relevant job opportunities in the course of your career. You can withdraw your
consent at any time and in such case, your data is deleted. You will be asked when you submit your
CV whether you give us consent to hold your details in order to be considered for job opportunities
or not.

Who has access to your information?


Your information may be shared internally for the purposes of the recruitment exercise. This
includes members of the recruitment team involved in the recruitment process.
We will not sell or rent your information to third parties. We will not share your information with
third parties for marketing purposes.
We may share your information with employers for the purpose of starting a recruitment process
but only once you have provided us with your express consent that we can represent you. In some
cases, the employers will be acting as a data controller of your information and therefore we advise
you to read their Privacy Policy.
We work in close partnership with third parties (service providers, subcontractors, recruitment
platforms) to help as many candidates as possible and provide them with as many job opportunities
as possible. We may share your information with these third parties to offer you a stronger support
throughout recruitment processes or to propose you job opportunities we wouldn’t be able to
propose otherwise.

How can you access and update your information?


To provide you with a good service, it’s important for us to have up to date information. You have
the right to ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, require us to change incorrect
information or to delete your information. If you want us to make changes to your information
because you believe what we hold is inaccurate or out of date, you can do so at any time by

How do we protect your information?

We take the security of your information seriously. We have internal policies and controls in place to
ensure that your information is not lost, accidentally destroyed, misused or disclosed. Your
information will be stored in a range of different places, including IT Systems (e.g. CRM, email)
where we can store your CV and any information such as contact details, portfolio links etc.
The information that we collect from you may be transferred to and stored at a destination outside
the European Union. For instance, this may happen if you ask us to pass your details on to a client
outside of the European Union, in countries that may not have similar data protection laws to the
European Union. By submitting your personal data, you agree to this transfer, storing or processing.
If your information is transferred outside the European Union, we will take steps to ensure that your
information is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

What if you do not provide personal data?


You are under no statutory or contractual obligation to provide us with your information during the
recruitment process. However, if you do not provide the information, we may not be able to
propose you with interesting opportunities, process your applications properly or at all.
